Important update for eWay-CRM® Professional Email usersAs the provider and operator of Professional Email add-on used in eWay-CRM®, we want to keep you informed about an upcoming billing change.
eWay CRM® has decided to discontinue USD billing for this service. In response to this decision, we are moving all clients who currently pay in USD to direct Emailcampaigns.eu billing, so Professional Email can continue without unnecessary interruption.
Due to billing changes, monthly eWay CRM® billing for Professional Email will be supported only until the end of September 2026. To continue using the service without interruption, monthly clients will need to transfer to direct Emailcampaigns.eu billing before this date.
Clients can continue under their current eWay CRM pricing conditions, or switch to one of our standard Emailcampaigns.eu plans.
Existing annual plans remain active until the end of the prepaid period. After that, clients will need to move to direct Emailcampaigns.eu billing to continue using the service.
All plans now include access to the web version with additional features beyond the standard eWay CRM® module, including PLUS features, automation, S&I Pack and direct support.
