What did it look like before it was plugged in?

The first impulses for establishing cooperation were mainly the need for a tool to send out and take over the services of its predecessor. This was followed by the necessary creation of an online html template, which was not only time-consuming, but also excessively complex for the average user. Until then, the company had only used Emailkampane.cz to send out to its recipients.

At first, the company sent out random mailings through a credit account. Then they realized that they needed to use emailing more and intensify their communication with clients this way. And preferably on a regular basis.

Half a year ago another subsidiary in Slovakia started using our services.

What does it look like in normal use?

Currently, Rittal has already created a customized template, which allows for quick and intuitive control along with the setup of the entire campaign. Of course, taking into account the predefined corporate identity.

The possibility of managing and assigning contacts is directly in the application. This eliminates the time-consuming task of uploading contacts for each campaign.

What we want to develop further

The next step in the collaboration is to update the existing customized templates into a new form.

We will continue the collaboration and develop together with Salesforce.
